vkquake.com respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices of alleged infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

What we host

We do not host vkQuake binaries or Quake game data. Downloads link to the official GitHub repository. Our own articles and images are original.

Filing a notice

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice to [email protected] including: your contact details; a description of the copyrighted work; the URL of the material on our site; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

Our response

We review valid notices promptly, usually within five business days, and remove or disable access to infringing material where appropriate.

Counter-notice

If you believe material was removed in error, you can send a counter-notice to the same address with the information required by 17 U.S.C. 512(g).
